This standard specifies the terms and definitions, service conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as sign, package and storage associated with high temperature/low air pressure test chambers (referred to as “test chambers”).
This standard is applicable to test chamber of high temperature/low air pressure test of electrical, electronic and other products, parts and materials.
